The total cost for our service is $1,750.00.
If you are paying by Credit Card click "Continue to Step 2" at the bottom of this page. You will be processed through the following steps in creating your account and paying for our services and resources (You are currently at Step 1):
- Step 2: Subscriber Information Page
- Step 3: Credit Card Payment Page / Creation of Access Codes
- Step 4: Account Creation Confirmation / Payment Receipt
You can then begin preparing your offering by entering our Registered Users Section and following the offering preparation instructions provided.
If you are mailing in payment then proceed to the Mail In Payment Section (located using the menu on the right side of this page) - follow the instructions found there for mailing in your payment.
Payments are accepted via credit card (utilizing secure server), check, or money order payable to Regulation D Resources, Inc. in the amount of $1,750.00. Subscriber accounts are activated instantly via credit card payment; Subscribers who opt to pay by check or money order will have account activation upon receipt and clearance of funds by Regulation D Resources.
Please note this service is not available to residents of North Carolina or North Carolina businesses.
