Thank you for choosing Regulation D Resources for the preparation of your private placement offering. To engage our firm please follow the instructions below for creation of your account and payment of the retainer fee.
Please read the following information:
The total cost for our service is $3,000.00 which shall be remitted in two payments:
The retainer fee for our service is $1,980.00.
The balance of $1,020.00 will be due and payable 30 days net and subject to the terms of our Services Agreement.
If you are paying by Credit Card click "Continue to Step 2" at the bottom of this page. You will be processed through the following steps in creating your account and paying the retainer fee of $1,980.00 to access our services and resources (Note you are currently at Step 1):

- Step 3: Credit Card Payment Page / Creation of Access Codes
- Step 4: Account Creation Confirmation / Payment Receipt
Once you have engaged our firm you will receive:
1. A welcome e-mail from the company with instructions on getting started with our firm and a copy of your access codes into our Client Resource Center.
2. A transaction receipt for the retainer payment.
3. A welcome e-mail from the Regulation D Resources Principal that has been assigned to your file which will include our New Client Questionnaire and instructions on scheduling the first round of consulting regarding the private placement offering.
If you wish to mail in the retainer payment then proceed to the "Mail In Payment" menu section (located using the menu on the right side of this page) - follow the instructions found there for mailing in your payment.
Retainer Payments are accepted via credit card (utilizing secure server), check, or money order payable to Regulation D Resources, Inc. in the amount of $1,980.00. Subscriber accounts are activated instantly via credit card payment; Subscribers who opt to pay by check or money order will have account activation upon receipt and clearance of funds by Regulation D Resources.
